All personal information collected in order to ship is kept entirely confidential and will never be shared.

If you sign up for our mailing list we will only use it for periodic newsletters pertaining to our store. We will never share your email address.

Payment details are not collected by us but by our payment processor, so we have no access to your banking details.

TERMS OF SERVICE

REQUESTS: If you see a product on Instagram and it is not in the web store, please contact us and we will make that product available to you on the web store. Over time we will continue to add more and more products to the store, so check back often.

PICK UP: If you will be in Toronto and want to pick up your order, please select the Pick Up option when checking out and feel free to visit the store within business hours to collect.

STAMPS: With FLAT RATE card or pin shipments (untracked), we cannot be responsible for envelopes not received. Postal service is reliable in Canada and most countries so we feel confident that this is a viable method of shipping. If you do not want to risk an untracked package, please select tracking for your region.

SHIPPING TO COASTAL PROVINCES: we apologize for having different rates for these provinces, but Canada Post is exponentially more expensive for us to use when shipping to the coasts.

Canadian ship times: depending on how far from Toronto you are, addresses in Canada will usually receive packages from within 3 days to 1 week.

USA ship times: packages usually arrive between 1 - 3 weeks.

International ship times: envelopes can take anywhere from 1 - 6 weeks, depending on what part of the world you live in and what your country’s postal service is like.

International options for larger packages: we do not offer shipping rates for international packages that are not envelopes. We can ship to you but we would prefer to give you an accurate cost on shipping to your specific location. Please contact us via email for requests of this nature.

CUSTOMS/DUTY: The Beau & Bauble is not responsible for any import costs your country may impose on your package.
